salam semua apa khabar?sihatkah?urm nampaknya semester 1 dah nak habis, aku di upsi nie macam ada belajar dan macam tidak ada pelajar tapi yang pasti saya dapat mepelajari untuk hidup berdikari.Walaupun pada pandangan saya ramai yang kurang senang dengan aku namun itu bukan jadi 1 penghalang untuk saya menerusikan perjuangan ku.Dan paling menlucukan jika ada yang kurang senang aku terus jadi panas(mahu ajak bertumbuk lah ni),kawan pun nampaknya semakin bertambah,tapi rasanya kebanyakkan berkawan kerana terpaksa.Bagi saya berkawan biarlah kerana iklas x kira dia berasal dari mana pun kerana kita semua adalah ciptaan yang maha Berkuasa.Namun saya masih tidak berasa puas hati dengan setengah budak lelaki pakk sem 1,jika kamu rasa x puas hati dengan aku marilah terus terang,walaupun aku datang dari negeri yang jauh x bermakna kamu boleh buli aku.walaupun aku x pandai macam mana pun tp aku tetap seseorang yang kuat untuk tembuhi cabaran kerana kehidupan kita berbeza kamu belum rasa bagaimana susah mencari duit demi keluarga tersayang dengan kerja yang begitu berat hanya kerana ingin melihat keluarga tersyg hidupn dlm kesenangan.Aku telah di didik untuk memiliki jiwa yang keras,bukan minta simpati tp hnya nak beri ingatan jgn fkr kamu boleh buat sesuka ati kamu or ckp sesuka ati kamu..hehe nmpknya beremosi sikit ya hahha apa pun setakat d sini sahajalah untuk hari ni sekian

Hai guys it been a long time i haven't write anything on my blog..well today i am going to tell you about my first time stepping in universiti.well the universiti name would be universiti education of sultan idris.is located tanjung malim perak.well is not a big town,is take an 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from kuala lumpur to here but it depends on the car speed.doing my 1st semester here,i really hope all will turn out OK.when i 1st arrive here i really can't suit my self because is really to different from my home land that is Sabah.I really miss my sabah very much because to me there is no other place like sabah the people at here are not to friendly.Well this is all i can say now see u again till then good bye hahahha(i think i am an idiot like talking 2 myself

There is no hard and fast answer to how much a person should weigh in order to be healthy. But, women need to be concerned about weight because it can and does affect overall health. You can also use a tool called the Body Mass Index (BMI) to give you a pound range for a healthy weight. You take your weight and height and see where you fall on the BMI table for adults (see below). Eat fewer calories. The best formula for losing weight is to decrease the number of calories you get while increasing your physical activity every day. Depending on how active you are, you may need between 1,500 — 2,500 calories a day. A safe plan is to eat 300 to 500 fewer calories a day to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.

• Lose weight slowly. It is best to aim for losing 1/2 to 2 pounds a week. By improving eating and exercise habits, you will develop a healthier lifestyle. And, this will help you to control your weight over time. You will also lower your chances of getting heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. 'Crash' diets may take off pounds faster, but can cause you to gain back even more pounds than you lost after you stop the diet.

You can also break up the 30 minutes into three 10-minute periods. To get even more active every day, you can do things like park farther away from the mall in the parking lot and take the stairs instead of the elevator. The idea is to use up more calories than you eat each day. This will keep the calories from being stored as fat in your body.

• Eat less fat and sugar. This will help lower the number of calories you eat each day. Select foods whose labels say low, light or reduced to describe calories or fat, including milk products and cheese. Eat lean types of meat, poultry, and fish. Eat less sugar and fewer sweets (don't forget that soda and juice can have lots of sugar). Drink less or no alcohol.

• Eat a wide variety of foods, including starches and dairy products. This helps your body to get the nutrients and vitamins it needs to be healthy. Include plenty of vegetables, fruits, grain products and whole grains each day. Don't skip dairy products — there are many good tasting low, no, and reduced fat milks, yogurts, cheeses, ice creams, and other products to choose from. Proper calcium intake is needed for all women to prevent bone loss.Starch is an important source of energy that all bodies need, even when a person is trying to lose weight. It is found in foods like potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, beans, and some vegetables. Foods high in starch can become high in fat and calories when you eat them in large amounts, or when they are made with rich sauces, oils, or other high-fat toppings like butter, sour cream, or mayonnaise. Stick to starchy foods that are high in fiber, like whole grains, beans, and peas.

• Practice portion control. Eat smaller amounts of food at each meal. Let go of belonging to the 'clean plate club.' Don't feel like you have to eat everything on your plate, even when eating out. You can also try eating more small meals throughout the day, rather than three large meals.

• Get support. It can be hard to start a weight loss program, particularly if you are out of shape and not used to exercising. Ask your family and friends for support. Try to find an exercise buddy. Make your activity fun and social — go on a walk or hike with a friend or learn a new sport like tennis or ice-skating.

• Treat yourself (once in a while). When trying to lose weight, we all feel tempted to 'cheat' by eating a favorite, rich food like cake or cookies. A JOURNEY TO SEMPORNA

hello guy today am going to share my story about my journey to semporna,at the begining i don wan to go because my mother would not let me.but at the end she let me go you know why?because my friend come to my house just to ask me to go with them.so we start our journey at 10 am from tawau on the way there is boring,at 11 30 pm we arrived at semporna our first stop was floting is a popular place for tourist.At there we take some picture,that u can see the first picture is my class mate.We spend our time at there about 40 minutes,we are waiting for a friend to take us to mabul island(it is a beautifull island)but the friends din't arrived.So we have to change to go tampe-tampe but before going there we stop at my friends sister house.There the place we call home.Her sister and her brother in law was very nice to us,so after we eat our lunch we go to tampe-tampe,tampe-tampe is a place that you have u dinner or swinming.So we arrive at there about 6 pm,at first my friend wan to have a swin but it seem to sea water so high so we just have a look but because of many people that wan to swin so we join.I was only looking at them having fun.So after spending 2 hours at there we can go town have look seem semporna was quiet,so after that we head back home to fall in to a beautifull sleep because tomorow at 7 30 am we have to go back to tawau.So that my story it was a wonderfull memory at semporna our member is(salman,aubrey,mira,murni,bia,razak,muhaimin,via,lela,yun,fitriyatul,hisyammudin,and last me.)well that my story hope you like my story see you soon.

Hey blogger today am going to share with you something is hard to find in a boy heart...have you ever try to think to love someone that have a bad past?em....for me is very hard,do you know why is hard?because many people in my back always talk about the person you love is a bad girl...yeah i know that she is a bad girl but i accpet her and i have change her in to a good girl....althought we have many problem that can broke my relationship with her i still love her and thank to my family and best friend such as 'my sister,ayu,taufik' they really give me advice to stay strong with her.And now i leard something that my friend told me 'don care about what people say as long as you like or love her'.so this is my love story i hope my story can help people out there that have the same position as me...
